We here at Harper's Game Farm raise bird mostly for hunting and release. We are not taxidermist and do not know much about your industry except what we have been told from different taxidermist. We try are best to choose birds that look the best when we have put these in the freezer. If there is not a certain breed in the freezer then we will take orders and mail them to you when they are raised. I will put that type of note on the page when we sale out of birds. As for the exotic those will not ever be available again as we will not raise them again.

They are stored in pantyhose with the corresponding number on the hose.

Quail $7.00 each
Chukar are $10.00 each.
